Native to the Northern Hemisphere, the Golden Eagle is one of the best known birds of prey. Its size can vary from 3 to 6 kilograms (7 to 13 lb.). It has been known to feed upon small prey such as rabbits and squirrels, up to large prey such as young deer and mountain goats. While seeing this bird in its natural habitat is an absolute vision, the elegance is easily replicated upon printer labels or a stamp.
