While making a search for "Darwin Stamps", I came across this statement: "The Portuguese Post Office has issued a set of seven Darwin bicentenary stamps featuring images from Darwin Online". I soon browsed Darwin Online and found Plate 15 which has the original image. The name is given as "Pachyramphus minimus", but this has been reclassified as "Polystictus pectoralis" which is Bearded Tachuri, from South America, and new on stamps. I shall correct this in my next update.
