I have received a suggestion from Gaétan Duquette of Canada that the bird is the Straw-necked Ibis (Carphibis spinicollis). I reluctantly agree and wonder why the artist/designer chose to include an Australian species in a set which otherwise shows only ones from Africa. Perhaps it was a joke.
