"Red-bellied Malimbe" on South Africa 65c issued in 1992

CBoS lists this as Red-bellied Malimbe (Malimbus erythrogaster)
  
   
I recently bought South Africa SG 743 to check the identity of the bird it shows.  Red-bellied Malimbe does not occur in South Africa.   Perhaps the image is just too small to be sure of this one.

Does anyone have a suggestion for SG 743?
