This splendid trio arrived from my regular supplier of new issues as a pleasant surprise. They each have a philatelic connection: Cefilco, a company which produces catalogues of Bolivian stamps; 30th Anniversary of the Bolivian Philatelic Federation; and Philakorea 2002.

We are presented with two new species on stamps, and as the Bolivian Post web site lists this as first of a series, we can hope for a few more in future years.
