The announcement of this fine set was made early in 2006, but the issue date was not finalised until recently, and could have been no later for the "2006" on each stamp to be correct! I have just the basic set of mint, gummed stamps, but looking at the Hongkong Post page describing this issue, there is a variety formats available.
The top four values are slightly larger, and have the interesting feature of micro-perferations around the dollar and figures.
This set add two new species to my collection: the owl and the sunbird.
