This set continues the annual series of splendid sets that started in 2001, and adds 9 new species to my collection: 3 of the Tanagers have appeared previously. After last year's larger format, the stamps in this set are about 23mm square. The total face value is 50SRD which is about 14.50 Euros, and sets have appeared recently on Delcampe for 21.75 Euros. The only error I have noticed is that the names on the lowest and highest value stamps have been swapped. Whilst it is good to have several new species appearing on stamps, it is unfortunate for us collectors that the face value is so high with a correspondingly high price from dealers.
